After death, Liam finds himself reborn in a place called Purgatory — the afterlife he didn't expect. He must learn his place as a “Caster” and navigate the complex political factions and power systems of Purgatory to survive.
I decided to revisit Purgatory Chronicles, give it some polish, and republish it here. I don't intend to continue the series, but I thought I could reflect on it and what I've learned from it. As you'll see from the Proof of Concept to the published chapters, this idea changed a lot. Characters and concepts from this series are being repurposed for Power, Curses, & Broken Promises.
